President & Founder
Sophia Campbell
Sophia Campbell is the founder of Readability. She is a pre-professional ballerina and full-time academic student in Potomac, MD. An avid reader and writer from an early age, Sophia is particularly fond of Greek mythology and the literary works of Rick Riordan. She has written and published three novels, most recently "She of the Shadows" (2024). Additionally, Sophia has performed in multiple professional productions at the Kennedy Center with American and international ballet companies.

Vice President
Joanna Lizas
Joanna Lizas is a junior at St. John’s College High School in DC. She is a member of her local chapter of the Greek Orthodox Youth of America, and has participated in two summer mission trips to Appalachia where she repaired and renovated houses. In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to music.

Secretary
Derek Yang
Derek attends Winston Churchill High School. He performs and competes in classical piano, both as a soloist and with a chamber group. He is dedicated to spreading mental health awareness as part of Churchill's UMTTR club and financial literacy with a student-run campaign project. In his free time, he loves to listen to music, bake, and watch TV. He aspires to become a doctor and is in the process of becoming a state registered CNA.

Markos Campbell
Markos Campbell is a sophomore at Winston Churchill High School. He is an avid basketball player and fan of his favorite teams. He is involved with his local chapter of the Greek Orthodox Youth of America, located in Bethesda.

Creative Director
Elsie Leung
Elsie Leung is a senior at St. John’s College High School in DC. She is a competitive swimmer and avid volunteer at her local nursing home in Potomac Maryland. Elsie has a passion for art, and loves to draw and paint in her free time. Some of her work can be found at the Highlandtown Art Gallery in Baltimore. She hopes to merge her creativity with her passion to help others to make a difference!

Programming Director
Annie Luo
Annie is a junior at Winston Churchill High School. She is an aspiring veterinarian, and has done animal volunteer work since 8th grade. She has also had a passion for music for the majority of her life, starting piano at the age of 8 and since then playing the violin, guitar, (formerly) flute, and taking vocal lessons. In her free time, she also enjoys making art, ice skating, and hanging out with friends.

Marketing Director
Avani Agrawal
Avani is a senior at Walt Whitman High School. She is very passionate about dance and is part of the pre-professional day program at CityDance Conservatory. Avani also volunteers weekly at the Charles E Smith Memory Care Facility. She has a keen interest in marketing and recently had a marketing internship at her dance studio. Avani hopes to purse her interest in dance and marketing in college.

Outreach Director
Anya Nagpal
Anya Nagpal is a senior at Winston Churchill High School. She enjoys cheerleading, writing, and volunteering in her community. When she's not studying or cheering, she spends time enjoying the beauty of nature. She also likes socializing with friends and reading new books.

Director of Training
Suki Lin
Suki Lin is a senior at Winston Churchill High School. She is passionate about both her academic endeavors and her commitment to volleyball. She plays for both the school and club volleyball team while serving as a volleyball team manager. Suki has experiences working with young children through tutoring underprivileged youth, being a summer camp counselor, and actively participating in community-based volunteer work. She enjoys listening to music, baking, and exploring new hobbies.

Director of Communications
Cailey Harrington
Cailey Harrington is the Director of Communications of Readability. She enjoys working with children and has spent the past four summers volunteering at a local preschool. In addition, Cailey has assisted with elementary school STEM programs. She is a member of her school newspaper as a published writer as well as a promotions and subscriptions manager. Cailey has swum competitively since she was 5 and is an active participant of her swim team community. She enjoys baking, cooking, and reading.

Director of Advocacy
Mateen Frisby
Mateen Frisby, a junior at Winston Churchill High School, has a passion for learning and helping others. He spends most of his time in community-focused roles—as a summer camp counselor, a middle school tutor, and a hospital volunteer. His academic interests lie in science, particularly biology and physics, where he enjoys exploring how the world works. With aspirations of becoming a physician, he hopes to combine his love for science and his commitment to service to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Director of Operations
Alexandra Wu
Alexandra is a junior at Winston Churchill High School. She is passionate about writing, art, and community service. She leads a chapter of an international online phonics tutoring program, helping young ESL students around the world improve their reading skills. At school, she serves as both a staff writer and the Arts Editor for Churchill’s school newspaper. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys filling her sketchbook with drawings and experimenting with new art mediums.
